1. Description of Services
AuraStream is an interactive indexing, cataloging, and discovery portal for high-definition movies, TV shows, and live sports broadcasts. AuraStream does not host, upload, or store any video files on its servers. All streaming media options are populated and served via third-party providers (including Vidking and DaddyLive embed APIs) and free-to-air public networks. We provide catalog listings using the TMDB API database for metadata.
2. Accounts and Security
To access specific features such as the personal Watchlist, custom recommendations, and persistent synchronization, you may be required to register for an account (secured via Supabase Authentication). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
AuraStream offers a premium subscription tier ("AuraStream Gold Member") which provides an ad-free interface, high-definition 4K streaming quality, and advanced features. Subscriptions are processed and billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time from your account panel or payment receipt portal. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
The catalog design, user interface layout, logos, CSS styling, analytics scripts, and custom brand features of AuraStream are the exclusive intellectual property of AuraStream. Movie posters, show banners, actor headshots, plot descriptions, and ratings are the intellectual property of their respective copyright owners and are retrieved dynamically via TMDB APIs under standard API compliance models.
5. Third-Party Content & Links
AuraStream displays links, embeds iframe video players, and facilitates native live television streams from third-party websites and public M3U8 databases. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, copyright compliance, or operating practices of any third-party websites or stream sources. We encourage you to review the terms of service of any third-party services you access via our platform.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and all contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. AuraStream does not warrant that the platform will operate error-free, that the video servers will be online continuously, or that the website and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AuraStream, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or service interruptions) resulting from the use or inability to use the AuraStream platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
